LifeTrack 13 - Un angelo incompreso

Una delle mie canzoni preferite di Michael, quell'album che avevo acquistato negli anni '90, ancora lo conservo come un cimelio, le sue canzoni ancora le sento risuonare nella mia memoria, quelle ed altre sue canzoni hanno accompagnato la mia giovinezza e mi hanno insegnato molto, prima fra tutti la storia di Ryan White che M. ha seguito fino alla fine e che parla alla fine di questo video.

L'ultima canzone è davvero bella, ma del resto, ogni volta che esce una sua nuova canzone lascia il segno, specialmente negli ultimi anni... ma come dimenticare i suoi inizi e specialmente la sua "Cosa resterà degli anni 80?" :-)
Un omaggio ad un cantante che mi piace particolarmente, augurandogli un buon compleanno!

Questa canzone fa parte dell'ultimo album degli Evanescence, The Open Door

Ho scoperto il Gothic Rock qualche anno fa, con l'uscita del primo disco di questo gruppo famoso in tutto il mondo.
Ho scoperto anche che adoro questo genere... adoro gli Evanescence, i Nightwish, i Within Temptation e gli italianissimi Lacuna Coil... sicuramente ci sono altri gruppi o cantanti che fanno musica sul generis, mi piacerebbe ascoltarne altri, magari potete consigliarmi...

Il primo consiglio mi è stato dato proprio stamattina da Teuzzo, (che ringrazio!! ;-) ) e si tratta dei Kamelot, dei quali ho ascoltato qualche canzone... devo dire che mi piacciono abbastanza, mi ricordano molto i suoni dei Nightwish :-) :-)

Un discorso a parte, lo merita Madonna, cantante che seguo dagli anni '80... cioè da quando avevo 12 anni... ah quanti ricordi... ah che bei tempi... ma "ciancio alle bande" e andiamo avanti.
Avendo accompagnato la mia adolescenza e tutto ciò che è venuto dopo, Madonna è una delle poche cantanti che sento davvero vicina, (anema e core), forse proprio perchè con lei sono cresciuta, così come, per esempio, con Freddie Mercury e i Queen.
Nel tempo il suo genere musicale è molto cambiato e devo dire che ho sempre ammirato e appoggiato le scelte che ha fatto, come passare dal pop degli anni '80 alla dance dei '90 e all'hip hop di questi ultimi anni... mi piace sempre molto, nonostante ne sia passata di acqua sotto i ponti dalla famosissima "Like a Virgin", (soprattutto sotto i ponti di Venezia ^.^)

Ho seguito Celine Dion dal 1992/93, o forse anche prima... non lo ricordo con esattezza, ma è sempre stata una delle mie cantanti preferite... c'è sempre stato un legame importante tra me e le sue canzoni, non so spiegarlo, ma qualsiasi fosse il mio stato d'animo, arrivava sempre lei con una sua canzone a mettere a posto le cose, almeno dentro di me ;-)
La sua voce mi ha sempre affascinata... e forse era a lei che mi ispiravo quando cercavo di cantare qualche anno fa... eppure le sue tonalità mi hanno sempre affascinata e non credo che esisterà mai nessun altro cantante che mi farà sentire i brividi ad ogni sua canzone come ha sempre fatto lei...
Questa canzone che ho scelto, in modo particolare, mi ha sempre dato coraggio e voglia di crederci ancora... per questo ve la dedico sperando che possa fare coraggio a tutti quelli che ne hanno bisogno... buon ascolto

LifeTrack 4 - Angela Aki...

Angela Aki - This Love

Ho conosciuto questa cantante giapponese grazie ai videogiochi, infatti, molte delle canzoni di Angela Aki sono state usate come colonna sonora di alcuni videogiochi (Final Fantasy).
La sua voce è molto bella e adoro il modo in cui suona il pianoforte.. la grinta e la convinzione che ci mette, come se ci stesse quasi parlando :-)
Questa canzone fa parte del singolo This Love, ed è la terza sigla finale dell'anime Blood+, che mi ripropongo di vedere presto :-)

LifeTrack 1 - Parlami d'Amore

Skin - Tear Down These Houses

Venerdì sera sono andata a vedere "Parlami d'amore" il nuovo film di Silvio Muccino... il film mi è piaciuto molto... ma devo essere sincera... e dire che la colonna sonora è la cosa che più mi è piaciuta del film... questa canzone che per tutto il film "sottofondeggia" con le sue note e senza parole, per poi esplodere alla fine, mi ha rapita.
Bella l'interpretazione di Muccino in Sasha... bravo... e brave anche le altre attrici, anche se, sin dall'inizio mi è piaciuto di più il personaggio di Nicole, (Aitana Sánchez-Gijón), che quello di Benedetta, (Carolina Crescentini).
Bella anche l'interpretazione secondaria di Amelie, (Geraldine Chaplin), amica di Nicole, anche se compare solo in un paio di scene.
Un parlar d'amore che mi ha emozionata... un consiglio se non l'avete ancora visto :-)

Ho scelto di iniziare questo viaggio con questa bellissima canzone di Franco Battiato, perchè è una di quelle che preferisco di questo cantautore e, anche perchè stamattina, l'ho ascoltata mentre andavo al lavoro su Radio 105.
